Debbie Carroll Designs is a returning vendor to Shop Austin, and for good reason! Her jewelry is one-of-a-kind, limited edition. She uses vintage beads and findings, combining them with semi-precious stones, metals, pearls and contemporary finds. Jewelry is one the of HARDEST categories to get into for Shop Austin, and we think Debbie Carroll is very deserving!
