Fashion Friday - Call to Green Designers in Austin!

Treasure City Thrift is hosting it's Third Annual Recycled Fashion Show this summer - and they're looking for Austin-area Fashion and Accessories designers to take the challenge!

This year Treasure City has teamed up with Austin activist Mike Litt to create an even bigger and better show.  The organizers say "We are hoping that each designer can enter a collection of at least 3 outfits that are refashioned out of old clothes. Designers may find their own, or get material free of charge at Treasure City Thrift Store."

What - you can get your materials FREE?  That is awesome!  I personally get tons of funky finds at thrift stores all year - and use them to whip up special one-of-a-kind bags, or alter them to make "new-to-me" clothing.  Get your Green On and participate in this rad show!

Deadline to apply is Monday, May 3rd
