Edible Handmade: Crafty Coffee Shake

Crafters and others who work from home know the temptation of all day snacking, coffee drinking and facebook playing better than most... it's so easy to get distracted!

Here in Austin, Texas - not only does it get hot, it gets HOT - and a hot, hungry, tired Crafter is not productive. Well I have created my own shake to help me get through the days - this once a week treat will be sure to revive your spirits, and taste buds!

 Anne Marie's Shake:

1 Shot Espresso, chilled
1 Banana, chopped and frozen
1 container low cal/low sugar whipped chocolate yogurt, frozen
2 scoops low cal/low sugar vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
Handful of ice

Blend baby, blend - and enjoy! I feel energized for hours after this afternoon snack! You can really make it any flavor - but I like chocolate and vanilla mixed together!  This makes enough for two shakes - you can share, or freeze half of it for another day!

xo, Anne Marie Beard
